These spare balls are super useful if you're someone who regularly loses their tiny fasteners!
To use threadless attachments, use pliers to slightly bend the pin on the attachment, then push into your threadless labret. The attachment is then held in place by the tension of the pin. Please see a piercer if you are unsure of how to fasten these.
