The spiral motif can be traced back 7000 years in artwork, probably developed from observing natural examples in shells and plants. Clockwise and anticlockwise spirals represent the inner and outer evolution of the spirit respectively. In relation to the seasonal calendar these relate to the winter and summer, the year being polarised into light and dark seasons. In Celtic belief this translates to the theme in which one always moves from the darkness into the light.
Handcrafted in Cornwall, St Justin Pewter Jewellery have been making and supplying jewellery crafted from the bounty of Cornwall's rich landscape since 1984. Celtic ancestry and the natural organic elements of Cornwall influence the designs.
Pewter jewellery may tarnish with age but can be easily revatilised by gentle buffing with a soft cloth.
As with all St Justin products, this item comes with a lifetime guarantee. If there is a fault in the workmanship, St Justin will repair or replace it free of charge. Simple.
As with all Rue B jewellery this necklace is hypoallergenic and nickel free!
