The Witch's Knot is a sacred geometrical shape based on a concept known as the ‘Squared Circle’. It is supposed to be a protctive charm and combines four points representing the four elements Earth, Air, Fire, Water. It is similar to a celtic symbol with similar meaning given to it.
These earrings have a blackened oxidised background and a shiny silver knotwork deisng contrasting against the darker surface.
