DELIVERY 


We usually use Royal Mail but may use other couriers for large packages, during strike action or for next day dispatch!

 We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am  on the day of purchase and those purchase after 11am the next day. 

For Free Delivery we use Royal Mail48 Business tracked on delivery and most items are received within 2-6 working days of ordering 

This is an estimate but we find that they are usually accurate

All silver is boxed and all fashion items come in with a care card and in an organza pouch or our new Eco paper option . You can also purchase boxes here

We are happy to send your item direct to the recipient, you can also add a personal Gift Message, this will be hand written on a little Card,  just let us know the wording at checkout

Purchased items from RueB jewellers in York Shipping, items ordered before noon are usually despatched next day.

It is in your best interest to allow 7 working days for receipt of goods and a little longer during the Christmas period.

We may delay an order if an item is out of stock to enable us to fulfil your order, in such cases you will be notified giving you the option to cancel. 

You can select destination address for only one item however, if you wish to send to multiple people.

For free shipping simply add the destination address in the gift message section of the checkout for each item not going to your billing address.

We will pick this up and send for you

for any other shipping method you would have to pay for each one seperately and so that would mean creating a new order for each item. Not a problem once you have set up your account and have a user name.

We despatch items to any country 

We offer:

International Economy 2-6 weeks depending on location

International Standard Estimate - Europe 3-8 Days - Rest of the world 5-12 Days (Usually earlier rather than later)

International Tracked and Signed, this is secure and tracked speedy delivery: Western Europe 2-5 days, Europe 3- 5 days Rest of the World 5 -7 days 

Please be aware that customs duties may be charged outside of the EU and that this is payable by you the customer

 

 How do I Know the Cost

 Prices are all very reasonable, to get a quote add something to your shopping card and proceed to checkout (you do not have to buy the item at this point)

Simply enter your Countrey in the address box and the cost will be calculated for all delivery options.

    

Delivery: is FREE on all UK orders over £15 (standard delivery) other options can be chosen at checkout!

 

 

 

 

RETURNS (the customer will be responsible for the cost of returns)

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original unused condition within 21 days of the date you received the item, (with any packaging, labels, seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item - see our Refunds Policy. 

Note: due to the ephemeral nature of gift packaging we are unable to offer any refund for these items

Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 21 days of receipt  

 HOW TO RETURN

Please follow the steps below for returning items;


1. After receiving email confirmation - please return in the original envelope with the packing slip and quote your original invoice and packing slip. Add short cover note, please let us know why you are returning your item as this helps us recognise any issues or modify our descriptions etc to ensure the customer is receiving the item they expect.
Also you may have spoken to a different person than the one dealing with your refund.

 

2) please email sales@rueb.co.uk for return authorisation (you will be given an authorisation code), write the authorisation code on the envelope and post to reach us within 21 days of receipt for full priced items and 14 days for sale/ outlet items, time periods may very around christmas). 

 
3. Ensure you obtain a proof of postage from Royal Mail you may purchase recorded or Tracked
4. Upon receipt of your return we will process your return within 4 working days.

5. Please allow a further 3 – 5 working days for this to appear in your account.

It is in your interest to send more costly returns tracked so that you are able to check on their progress.

We are unable to credit the cost of returns unless we have agreed to do this in advance.

Here is some important information regarding our returns policy:

All returns must:

• Be sent to the web store address provided and may not be returned to any other premises operated by us

• Be 'unworn' : Items may be tried on only briefly for hygiene reasons. We will not refund items which are stained or marked or show any signs of wear or smell of cosmetics.

• Returned items should have all tags intact and be in a re-sellable condition.

• Only be sent back after notifying us in writing (via email sales@rueb.co.uk) and returned within 21 days (we go by date of postage) of receiving the product/s. Unfortunately we cannot accept requests via telephone. Rue B will reimburse all payments (with the exception of any delivery costs) within 4 working days of receiving the goods. 

• Returned items must be approved by the QA department. Anything deemed as damaged due to customer misuse will be returned and no form of refund/credit will be issued.

To return your item please email sales@rueb.co.uk to request a return and send with the Free Return label we will supply or to the address on your package

Please return in the original envelope/box and don't forget to enclose original packing slip and a quick cover note with your details and phone number and reason for return

Can I return earrings?

Unfortunately due to health and hygiene concerns earrings cannot be accepted back for a refund or exchange, unless we have agreed prior to returning.

This does not affect your statutory rights
