Typically, most cartilage piercings take a 1.2mm x 7mm bar. Standard lobe piercings are often 1mm x 6mm (Unless pierced with a flatback labret already). Nose piercings are most often 0.8mm x 6mm. Please check with your piercer if you are unsure!
