How do I ship to more than one recipient 

 

You can select destination address for only one item however,

For free shipping simply add the destination address in the gift message section of the checkout for each item not going to your billing address.

We will pick this up and send for you

for any other shipping method you would have to pay for each one seperately and so that would mean creating a new order for each item. Not a problem once you have set up your account and have a user name.

How can I tell how big earrings will look

At Rue B we understand that there is nothing worse then buying a pair of earrings only to find that they are either huge or minute. So we have createt this great too to help you size earrings - we have even started using this on our product pages so you can see exactly how your sterling silver or fashion jewellery earrings will look.

 

 

 

Why are products cheaper on the internet

Because our overheads are so much cheaper than running a physical store we have decided to pass those savings back to our customers.


Our jewellery is niclle free and much such as Pilgrim is actually hypo-allergenic.

I have received a gift from someone but it’s not suitable, can I exchange it?

Yes within 14 days providing the item has not been worn and is in its original condition and packaging then you can request an exchange. Only the buyer can request a refund.

Can I return earrings?

Unfortunately due to health and hygiene concerns earrings cannot be accepted back for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights

Packaging and Presentation

How are my items packaged?

Each item is displayed in its own pouch and pillow box as a minimum, some designs such as silver and pilgrim have there own unique packaging. We then send your item in a carefully packaged parcel.

Yes, please mention this when ordering and we will arrange this for you.

I need a last minute birthday gift, can I receive my item quickly?

Our normal delivery timescale is 3 – 5 working days. If you have any special requirements please use our next day service at checkout or call us 01904 675556

Do you have everything from your range on your website

Far from it, if we had everything on our website you would never get through it - we have a much greater range in store
